Tom Malone, CEO
Tom has over 25 years of experience in the software, computer services, and telecommunications industries which include leadership roles with very large enterprises, small companies, and start-ups. Prior to his current role, Tom was CEO of SRC Software, a budgeting and planning software company which enjoyed significant growth rates and profitability during his tenure. Tom joined Business Objects in August 2005 when Business Objects acquired SRC Software for $100 million.
Before joining SRC Software, Tom served as CEO of GST Telecommunications, a publicly-held telecommunications services company with more than 1,300 employees. While there, Tom was responsible for the turnaround, operations, and sale of the company for $690 million. Earlier in his career, Tom was president of Cable & Wireless USA, a $1.6 billion multinational telecommunications division of Cable & Wireless, plc. During his 10 years at Cable & Wireless he launched value-added application services and managed one of the world's largest internet backbones.
Tom received his BS in engineering technology from Miami University of Ohio.

Rose Brintlinger Fealy, Vice President and General Manager
Rose joined Accero, previously Cyborg, in 2002. She has held various operational, financial and client service roles for the HR/Payroll business. Rose successfully led both the licensed software and BPO businesses for Cyborg. Prior to joining Accero Rose has had leadership roles in corporate finance and divisional controllerships in several different heavy manufacturing firms.
For the bulk of Rose’s career she has been focused on operational effectiveness for clients. She has helped clients achieve this effectiveness by finding more efficient ways to delivery high quality HR services through process improvement, implementation of better software and judicious use of outsourcing.
Rose has an MBA from University of Chicago and a BA from Kenyon College.

Debbie Arce, Vice President Administration & Finance, CFO
Debbie has over 25 years of experience in the software industry in a senior financial capacity, after beginning her career in commercial lending. In the five years prior to joining Accero, Debbie was the CFO of Coaxis, a privately held Portland, OR based software company that sells ERP accounting software to vertical markets. During her tenure at Coaxis, she managed all accounting, finance and administrative functions, built and managed a strategic HR department, and centralized all IT functions into a state of the art data center. In addition, she was a key contributor in the acquisition and financing of the Holman Building from the Portland Development Commission and its development into a Gold LEED certified Class A office building now known as RiverEast Center.
Prior to Coaxis, Debbie was one of several owners of ImageBuilder Software, a multimedia software development studio that developed over 250 family educational and entertainment software titles for major publishers such as Disney, Hasbro, Activision, Mattel and Riverdeep.
Debbie has wide ranging experience in financing, including private placements, institutional investment and commercial financing, and she played a key role in budgeting and strategic planning in all her positions. During the years her children were in public schools, she was an active volunteer and served on several boards.
Debbie has a BA in Government & Economics from Sweet Briar College and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.
Stan Gonsalves - Vice President, Technology
Stan is responsible for the development of Accero’s technology solutions. Stan has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and has spent time in all phases of the software development life cycle in companies ranging from start-ups to blue-chip. He has successfully implemented iterative development processes in his teams, equipping them with the ability to reach their goals on target. He also has considerable experience developing and supporting 24 x 7 based offerings.
Before joining Accero, Stan served as the director of development at FTD where he led the development of their florist business management solution, launched their SaaS offering, and was eventually responsible for the florist division’s technology. Earlier in his career, Stan served as the director of development at Symantec, with the responsibility of developing their Application Performance Management offering for J2EE.
Stan obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. Stan holds two patents.

Phil Montgomery, Vice President of Professional Services and Sales Engineering
Phil came to Accero from Business Objects, where he built and led a nationwide team of thirty sales consultants focused on selling to medium and large enterprises. Prior to that, he joined SRC Software as a start-up and helped lead that company through its dramatic growth phase.
Phil has responsibility for pre-sales and post-sales consulting activities at Accero. Phil’s 17 years of software industry experience has revolved around leadership of customer implementations and support for the sales force. His involvement with hundreds of customer engagements has led to the definition of the Accero Implementation Methodology – with a goal to deliver fast, economical and best-practice solutions to Accero customers.
Phil has degrees in Mechanical Engineering (BS) and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas.

Bob Conlin, Vice President of Marketing
As VP of Marketing, Bob owns responsibility for marketing, business development and product management. Prior to joining Accero, Bob served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Centive, where he led the successful transformation of the company from enterprise software to a pure-play SaaS provider and created a new product category – On-Demand Sales Compensation Management.
Prior to joining Centive, Bob served as Director of Product Planning and Management at Infinium Software, a publicly traded ERP/HR/Payroll software vendor. In this capacity, Bob led the product management and marketing teams in the development, launch and ongoing marketing of Infinium's software solutions. Prior to Infinium, Bob held senior level sales and marketing positions at Cort Directions and Myriad/OrCom Systems.
Bob is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been published in numerous business journals including: CRM Magazine, Technology for Finance, Benefits and Compensation Solutions, Workspan and Technology for Finance.
Bob received a bachelor's degree in resource management from Oregon State University. He is accredited as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management.

Phil Cunningham, Vice President of North American Sales
Phil brings extensive Human Capital Management industry experience to Accero, where he holds responsibility for all North American sales.
Prior to joining Accero, Phil served as the vice president of sales and business development at Fidelity HR services, where he created a sales and distribution strategy for the company that led to double digit, year-after-year growth. Prior to Fidelity, Phil served in several key roles for ADP, including area vice president of sales where he lead the Midwest sales division for ADP and VP Sales Operations where he was involved in strategic planning, organizational planning, sales goal development and incentives nationally for the 1000 associate strong major account sales organization.
Phil is a graduate of Rockhurst University with a degree in management and marketing and received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza school of business.
