03-Sep-2009
Portland, OR, September 3, 2009 ─ Accero, (formerly Cyborg Systems), a leading Payroll, Human Resources and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions provider with blue chip clients in the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States, announced today updates to Accero Cyborg 6.0 (and other supported versions) to meet the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) rules governing International ACH Transactions (IAT).
The rule, to be instituted on September 18 2009, will require every ACH payment entering or exiting the United States to be identified and formatted as an International ACH Transaction (IAT) for review by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Clients currently using Accero’s suite of products are ensured compliance through the following modifications and additions:
- New Cross-Reference to Payroll form
- New IAT Inbound and Outbound information forms
- Modified Direct Deposit entry form
- Modified ACH output formatting
- Updated reports
“Accero is laser-focused on providing our customers with affordable, easy to use and fully compliant Human Capital Management tools,” said Tom Malone, CEO of Accero. “Our enhancements relative to NACHA/IAT ensure that our customers can continue supporting their employees’ ACH requests secure in the knowledge their Accero product is fully in compliance with the new regulatory requirements.”
